I got out my lovely juicer today and made some wonderful juice. Since I wanted to lose a little weight I had just this juice for breakfast and lunch.
For dinner I had a big green salad.
For the juice I used a cucumber, those are fun and make a lot of juice. The flavor is not overpowering and is fresh.
Then I used a bunch of carrots. Carrots are always good and have a lot of very healthy vitamins.
After the carrots I added a whole head of celery.
to finish it up I added some apples. The pectin in apples is very good for your digestion and also, this is the big plus, pectin makes you not as hungry. I love that.
This is really easy for a diet because you aren't hungry. It is super low calorie and has lots of vitamins.
